The people who are directly involved with project work are smart and passionate. Project work is interesting and feels meaningful

C-suite leadership is hyper-focused on profits. I worry this will lead to higher turnover, lower work quality, and less happy clients over time. C-suite leadership also seems to make decisions in a vacuum without consulting the teams who are actually impacted by those decisions There is limited investment in employees and our professional growth.
