Low pay, sometimes have to put in long hours. Procedures were still being figured out, small company means if you like everyone, you'll be fine, but if there are problems between employees, you're in for a rough ride.

The game we worked on was very fun and unique. The meetings were interesting and the concepts were fun to work with.

It is a little difficult to get effective feedback, leading to constant revisions of work.
