      De manier waarop het hoger management met haar personeel omgaat. De werkwijze waarbij alles steeds sneller en goedkoper moet, wat leidt tot uitval van het personeel. Het gebrek aan persoonlijk contact en/of inlevingsvermogen in de persoonlijke situatie van het personeel.

      Apart from lunch and events, teams are situated in different parts of the building which feels a bit 'unconnected'. Walk around to meet colleagues could be more promoted
