Time off policies - Since the organization is split between so many offices, there should be an organized way to request time off. Family commitments must take the back burner and very restricted to no time to work from home. Lack of efficient project management - the project managers are victims of upper management. They don't know how to keep on schedule because upper management does not know how to train to do so, or even implement measures to keep track of projects and the project managers themselves. Lack of transparency - I have only been here a short time but I still don't know what projects are heading my way for the rest of October, November and December. I worry that if I don't have projects lined up for that time that I will have to bill overhead. BUT REPEAT NO OVERHEAD. Also, I am not aware of how the company is doing in general. Are we staying on budget? How efficient are we with running projects? Are we keeping in contact with our clients to make sure they are happy?
