Co-Workers and Sr. Staff are very pleasant and fun to work with.

Need more departmental synergy. Some employees don't know about all the resources out there.

I first started as a civil engineer in 1998. I thank EBA for providing EBA with my first professional work experience. I have had the opportunity to work a wide range of projects and EBA allowed me freedom to best utilize my abilities. The leaders were always available to guide me when needed and supported me when called upon. I have worked at other firms since first starting at EBA but returned to EBA since it was the best culture for me. I have been back since 2007.

There is always room for improvement. The leaders are always thoughtful of employee welfare. There are business realities just like anywhere.
