      Excellent company, clear goals set and different teams are mostly aligned towards the same objectives. Bonus ties to company results and is staged, very attractive.

      There is little competition in the market and a lot of room for the company to grow.

      The company has not had a CRO during my entire tenure and has struggled to find one. Additionally, there is no one in an executive leadership position leading operations (e.g. COO). This is a major gap that leads to departments operating in silos and disconnect across key areas of the org.
