I’ve been with the company for about a month and a half, and I’m already really enjoying the culture. Unlike other recruitment agencies I’ve worked with, EBAS places equal importance on both client outcomes and the candidate experience. Adrian fosters a culture of open communication, which makes a big difference. He creates an environment where I feel like I’m working WITH him, not FOR him, as we collaborate to grow the company.
