I’ve been with the company for about a month and a half, and I’m already really enjoying the culture. Fast-paced, high ownership, strong leadership direction. Even with 10+ years of experience, this role pushed me to improve. EBAS is very receptive to new technologies and constantly looks for ways to improve efficiency, which makes the work more impactful. I’ve worked with multiple startups, but this was a different level of learning especially in communication and thinking ahead. Management listens, adapts, and evolves with the team. There’s a genuine effort to act on feedback and improve both people and processes.
