Dont care about the customer if they arent making them money. Dont care about the employee unless they are making more than 400k a month. Head office slow to process anything. Gareth making wild decisions based on how the footy was over the weekend. Fired with no prior warning, no support in improvement, just told to do better. Took them 6 months to get a commission structure in place. Handed accounts ontop of existing porfolio and expected to still hit all KPIs without issue, even when being bombarded with 100s of new client problems that need to be rectified. Told to give no care to low priority customers even though they have been loyal for over 20 years. Told to increase pricing on loyal customers for the betterment of the busiuness. Told to upsell horrible Slovenian products that dont actually make the lives of clients easier, infact it makes it much harder due to all the hidden problems that we are told not to talk about before purchase. Also they added a subscription fee without any warning to the clients. Expected to make large profit margins on clients when they have been loyal, (6 months) Theres more but cbf.

Weekly pay. Easy work. Good coworkers. Clean and safe workplace. Fast IT support for problems with warehouse management systems, printers etc. I would recommend a warehouse role with this organisation to anyone who is happy to simply do as they are told every day and accept minimum wage, or thereabouts, for their time.

Very hierarchical and bureaucratic organisation with tightly defined roles and poor opportunities for advancement. Low pay for warehouse assistants. Health and safety can be OTT. Admin staff slow to fix any problems with pay, reimbursements etc. I would not recommend a warehouse role with this organisation to anyone who likes to challenge the status quo, or who has ambition to improve themselves and/or move up through the ranks.
