Told to give no care to low priority customers even though they have been loyal for over 20 years.
Told to increase pricing on loyal customers for the betterment of the busiuness.
Told to upsell horrible Slovenian products that dont actually make the lives of clients easier, infact it makes it much harder due to all the hidden problems that we are told not to talk about before purchase. Also they added a subscription fee without any warning to the clients.
Expected to make large profit margins on clients when they have been loyal, (6 months)
