In reality she is just an average executor, not having a vision, strategy, experience… but do you know what? It’s ok, cause in the end they are just constantly searching who to blame … They constantly make promises they never keep. If they promise you better salaries or conditions upon hiring, do not believe them — they never follow through. The employee turnover is outrageous — people come and go non-stop. The company is in complete chaos, with no structure or stability, and the culture is built on blame-shifting. This is by far the most incompetent company I have ever seen, with zero chance of growth or expansion.
