Its a worst company and big NO for it in future again. Management never listen to your problems and they just concentrate on getting more work from employees until you are working with EBZ like Bandhua Majdur. If you are sick and even faint in office still they expect you to finish your project work before leaving the office. If you did any small mistake managers will insult you on floor in front of everybody and then you need to come on weekend to do extra work on project. You need to punch card every time you get up from your seat and need to work for atleast 12-13 hours in a day excluding all breaks. Even if you to go washroom or to drink tea / water then also you need to punch card and these minutes will get excluded from your working hours. Average salary as per market standard. Good colleagues & learning for freshers. Big brand name projects.

Frustrating environment. No personal life balance. No flexibility in timings. After 2-3 years no growth no learning. After shifting to Sohna Road bad work location. Some seniors who do not believe in working hard depends on nasty politics and do buttering of managers & directors to make their position secure in company.
