Supportive People - Recensione dipendente - Technical Writer presso EBizCharge

Before I joined EBizCharge I had done consulting for 30 years, so I have experienced lots of companies and I was part and architected lots of large projects. At EBizCharge, from the moment I started, I felt right at home. The environment is excellent, the people are great, welcoming and helpful, the work is challenging and fulfilling, and the work-life balance is awesome. From my perspective, this is a great company to work for.

The only con is that they didn't reach out to me sooner

An abundance of highly intelligent team members. Encourage initiative and creativity. Embrace AI and emerging tools and frameworks. Active engagement of best practices and continuous improvement. An organizational structure that is succeeding to engage and develop complex new solutions and offerings. An impressive roadmap. Noticeable growth, actively hiring, offices are growing. A great work life balance. Regular team lunches, great office environment and amenities. I found a challenging job, where I am actively learning new tech stacks, and tools. I can see how my contributions benefit the organization. This is the first job where I actually look forward to each day, constantly challenged, and never bored.

I probably want to work more than I should. So I push myself some weeks and end up working more hours, mainly learning and experimenting, for the purposes of making myself more effective in my role.
