Over all the company is well manage (yes some time the it seem some higer up have some ego but over all for 99% of employee it change nothing in the day to day), The condition are very good but you are expect to work as someone invest in the company in exchenge. Well pay You are listen when facing challenge Company understand the spending of the employee and don't eshitate to invest in your stategie.
