pretty much nothing tbh, I can't even think of a positive thing to add.

1- Bad management with zero vision 2- No promotions if you're just a hard working person, you have to be friend with the leaders or they will treat you as sh*t 3- same salary for 3 years in a row, no annual raises, no health insurance, no bounces, nothing at all. 4- CEO who thinks he understand the whole world and surrounded himself with urgent people such as him 5- lowest salaries in the market 6- hiring new people with hire position than old people which doesn't make any sense 7- You use your own laptop & device, and the y ask you to use monitoring app to check your performance which is silly. 8- A place where you will never grow as a person, even if you got promoted there will be no salary raise. 9- If you're a pretty girl who can talk, yes it's a nice place for you, they will promote you.

- the founders are focused on merit rather than age/nationality - lots of opportunities to prove your mettle and management rewards you for it - lots of networking opportunities and you get to rub shoulders with industry leaders esp in the startup space in Qatar

Svantaggi

- not as organized as a larger/established enterprise, but a silver lining is you get to give your input in the organization efforts that will be used in the future
