EC Group truly cares about people. And not just the people inside of the organization, but also in the communities around both offices. When it comes to investing in myself, EC Group has encouraged and supported me to continue bettering my skills through going to event, taking lead on projects, and being given more responsibility as I learned more. Our company feels very family friendly, which helps us invest in one another as well! It is obvious that we are all friends and lift each other up to be the best versions of ourself. Our company also invests in the community around us, which is very important to me.

The pay is on the lower end of the spectrum, but I would take less pay for our amazing culture and team.

A warm reception; however, the consistency leaves much to be desired.
