Upper management has a huge buddy system, they all came from a previous company together. Way too many “yes” men to feel safe or have confidence in your employment. Women are shunned from any opportunity beyond accounting or administrative positions. No chance for upward mobility if you weren’t hired by current management. Zero work-life balance. No bonuses or raises for the last two years even though projects are booked. High overhead due to excessive management structure and constant recruitment/turn-over costs. Company loyalty not recognized, only loyal to execs.
