ECC values continued education and has initiated additional learning and development opportunities such as offering regularly scheduled training companywide to include guest speakers, specific training sessions, book clubs, as well as access to an on-line talent learning management system providing more than 7000 courses free to employees. This is in addition to tuition reimbursement and other educational opportunities that already existed at ECC. We have established a formal Mentorship program that has strong participation.
