      Horrible SR Mgmt decision making ability. Don't care about the rank and file as long as they and the good old boy network is taking in thirr salaries.       Winderful staff and such commitment to doing their work under really tough circumstances. Undervalued by SR Mgmt sadly. Benefits still very good.
