Badly managed, very frustrating - Recensione dipendente - Client Relationship Manager presso ECI

Horrific communication between departments, negative vibe around the office, zero training whatsoever. You're expected to learn their quixotic policies on your own with no safety net whatsoever. The clients are some of the worst people on the planet. To be fair, I was a mess when I worked there and was fired. My firing was the best management decision they made in my 7 months there.
