Salary is ok, home based is good.

They go on about them being a training organisation but don't train their staff when promoting or giving them extra responsibility. Communication is very poor. Expected to work extra hours for no overtime. When going through redundancy they mark you down on interview on an area they said wasnt going to be taken into consideration.

Some of the areas work very well

Very poor communication and although give advice don't act on it themselves.
