There was a seasonal electronics product sale for the whole employees with awesome value, (got a laptop for less than $20 and working flawlessly) Gave us free food when we met specific "Safety Days" or other accomplishments Did raffles at the end of the year where EVERYONE had to win something, from a ball cap to the coolest gaming laptop and EVERYONE got a $25 gift card(!!)

There were WAY many employees in our area that didn't do as much work as WE did, as one of my friends said the 80-20% rule, most of the time 80% of the work was assigned to the 20% hard-workers of the team, those who didn't moved a finger all day weren't even asked anything at the end of the day yet those who had to strictly meet deadlines were constantly monitored and questioned in even the smallest details.. yep so unfair Eventually overall atmosphere and work environment went from optimistic and chill to stressful and drastically demanding, asking the whole team to achieve irrational numbers, this changed from quality to numbers, they only wanted numbers...
