All PR - Recensione dipendente - Account Manager presso EDICOM

Very toxic and fake. Everything is just PR. The least paid in the industry that's why competitors recruit employees away. No flexibility at all. Managers think they will inherit the company. They are bullies and sexists. They treat men employees better and give them better opportunities and higher salaries. They dont even have a union at the HQ! We were told this is illegal. They dont pay when you get sick for 3 days. They will ask you to take holidays and wont even allow you to do home office. Toxic, very toxic. They think they are the best in the industry but they dont even have enough low-paid consultants to finish the projects. And, higher ups sti dont speak English. They hire international people and they expecr them to understand the training in Spanish and do presentations about them. HR doesnt do anything if managers or colleagues are bullies. DONT APPLY UNLESS DESPERATE.
