Tim Hurley found my resume somewhere and reached out to me about a position I never would have considered on my own, but was actually a great fit. He quickly set me up with an interview, guided me through the interview process with situation specific advice, and stayed involved with everyone to keep communication flowing and the process moving along at a good pace. I got the job, and everything from interviews to hiring was smooth beyond belief.

Tim is good at helping you make sure the position is right for you. I've worked with Tim off and on over the last 20 years. He recently called me about an opportunity. The timing of the call was perfect. Normally I would have replied that I'm not on the market since I'm happy with my current employer. However, my current employer is looking to relocate a large number of people to another location that will have a very negative impact to my commute. Because of this I replied to Tim. Since I have a special need for health insurance I asked Tim what insurance the potential employer offered. He found that what is offered met my needs so I had him follow up with the position and he set an interview up. This is the 2nd position Tim has helped my get. Both times, Tim was very helpful at dealing with the "salary" question. He gave me good coaching on how to handle the "salary" question. He then handled the salary negotiation for me. The first position I was offered less than what I was looking for and Tim handled negotiating a better offer. For the second position, Tim got me a very good offer. I highly recommend Tim not only to find you a job but if you are an employer I also recommend he for find you quality candidates.
