Really great group of people to work with. Helpful, willing to train, overall good human beings. I’ve learned and grown my skills a lot since starting here.

Pay is not great. Hours are approx. 8-5 instead of the usual 9-5.

However, for those capable of independent thought, seeking alternative employment may become a prudent choice. The managerial practices within this company are, in my experience, sub-optimal, characterized by a notable lack of communication, and at times, no communication at all. The absence of effective communication channels raises concerns about organizational transparency and can contribute to a challenging work environment. Caution is advised regarding involvement with the 'good old boys club,' as individuals within may prioritize personal advancement, potentially resorting to betrayal for self-promotion. I would not endorse this workplace as a viable opportunity even to my most formidable adversary.
