My time at EEDAR was terrific. I learned a lot, contributed a lot, and was part of a great team environment.

It's a small company working with some of the heavy hitters of the video game industry, so it can be stressful.

Great reputation in the industry. Solid game library. Smart and capable peers. Interesting and novel product offering.

Terrible benefits - PTO is incredibly inadequate, sick and vacation time are blended into one (small) pool, medical/dental/vision is horrible, and they don't match on the 401k. Very little company or office culture. No upward mobility at all. No job security. No clear vision or leadership.
