There is no legit pro reasons to work for this company. Skip it for your own sake.

Management is not active. Eg: both engineer and manager should be present to talk and negotiate with the client but only the engineer is there. Lack of knowledge/training. Nitty gritty management. Management who doesn't trust the skills of the engineer. No career progression. Team members who keep pushing blame around. Management expects you to do everything that isn't in your scope of work.

Long hours, unfair treatment and major delayed response and coverup of mistakes known and continue making. Higher management must learn to know what ground support is up against.
