3moThank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We appreciate you calling out the people at EFCO and acknowledging the effort our CEO is putting in.
We don’t want a workplace where information is siloed, people feel overextended, or collaboration breaks down. We also don’t want anyone to feel pressure to skip breaks or carry the weight of issues they don’t control.
Putting people first is a journey for us and feedback like this plays an important role in helping us see where we should focus.
One area we’re especially focused on is development. We’re proud of the opportunities we’re creating for team members to grow their skills, take on new challenges, and learn from one another, regardless of role or location. We see this as a meaningful step in building a more supportive, connected, and people-first culture and development will continue to be an integral part of our people-first strategy.
