EFY is an amazing place to work at. The staff is wonderful. They are very kind and teach you all the things you need to know in order to succeed on the job and in life. I am a full time student, so the flexible hours are work perfect for me. I choose when I go in to work. Summer is a lot more busy than the rest of the year, but it is also a very fun experience to work with the youth.

During open registration at the beginning of the year, many angry parents call asking why the slots are full or asking for roommate requests. Although it may be frustrating at times, it is a great chance to learn customer service skills.
