Remote workforce can be a little lonely.

The only pros are a few of the people in the company that are kind and helpful.

I agree with the January 2025 review below. This is a consulting company, and you are treated as a contractor and not a full-time employee, despite what the job postings may suggest. Providing constructive feedback to managers is risky, as I’ve witnessed it lead to termination. While the position is remote, it does not come with the flexibility one might expect. You’re expected to be at your computer for the full 8-hour day, often extending into the evening. For the salary offered, the level of stress simply isn’t worth it. The integration check-ins are excessive, and expectations for the role are not clearly communicated upfront, which has resulted in misalignment and confusion.
