Generally intellectually dishonest...people are afraid of facts and reality.
Communication incredibly siloed and fearful, nothing that leadership or even peers say can be trusted to be taken on face value.
You can be laid off for no reason despite excellent feedback because someone had some random brain thought.
Despite being in such a promising, high-growth sector, every business opportunity seems to have been utterly squandered. No concept of integrity either. Now, there is complete panic in the organization after twiddling their thumbs for a year and just blaming people in the organization who seem to be a threat because of them speaking facts
In conclusion, I would not even send my mother-in-law there
