Very toxic environment, micro management to an uncomfortable level, almost illegal working measures. It's either you're aligned with the toxic culture or you're out, as they fire people in the spot every week. No matter how hard you work, it's all KPI driven. If you don't reach them you're out, even if you work extra hard. Absolutely zero benefit on top of salary, about commissions they make many promises but it's hard to actually get them. Very childish management and old working tools. Absolutely no one wants to stay there for more than a few months.
