The training is horrible, Ultimately setting you up for failure. The current office manager has been through 5 CSRs since she has been in the position. NO positive feedback or recognition, Cold working environment as they have no interest in getting to know you as a person because of the high turnover. Very clickish

Extremely good employee attitude, phenomenal benefits, and despite the molten steel, an extremely clean and safe workspace. 1.5X overtime, usually you can expect 10hrs overtime or more per week

Svantaggi

They expect 50hr work weeks as a standard schedule. Guarantees overtime pay but can be extremely draining in some of the hotter/more involved workstations, especially midsummer.
