1. When you are on probation, you get 0 work from home. When you get confirmed, you get 1. But the 1 WFH is automatically cancelled if you take a sick, a local or if there was a public holiday during that week. If you really need a WFH and can't make it to office, you have to send a mail to HR and wait for their approval. It's not your manager who approves of that, it's the HR.
2. Expect to be micromanaged.
3. They advertise themselves as flexible with working hours on their LinkedIn page but it is not the case.
4. When management tells you that you are eligible for any monetary compensation, always ask it in written because they are all talk and so forgetful.
5. Negotiate for a good salary package when you go. Do not expect too much from the performance bonus. It might only go to 2K max.
