Products are incredible. Great Employee discount and free item perk. Creative is beautiful and fun to work on. Products really are the heroes and easy to market since they are genuinely great products.

Management is terrible. Upper management has no care for anyone below them and treat the employees as if they are all replaceable. Happily will lie to you during reviews, promotion promises and so on and have no intention of following through with their statements. Turn over is very high because salaries are low and expectations are high. Can result in long work hours with no reward. From the owners down, there is bad people management and decisions made to try and turn the company profitable but it results in less employees doing more work. Very few internal promotions or chances to grow/evolve in the company.
