Ellison is a big corporation that has treated me like family in all the years I have worked here and has shown gratitude & appreciation for my contributions. A company that provides me flexibility for a work/life balance. This is a company that takes the extra step to better understand and learn what motivates me in my position, which in turn motivates me to want to more for them. They provide a rich benefit (medical, dental, vision) program that is reasonably affordable. Their Wellness program is designed to have some fun and healthy competition within our offices. I received a lot of little perks such as gift cards, massages and other items just for taking involvement in my own health. I've made a lot of great friends over the years which makes coming to work even more enjoyable. This is truly a great company to work for.
