Work from home and salary

In meetings, team leads and scrum masters often scold employees, sometimes even using their native language, Telugu, which can be understood by our family members. Every day, at least one employee gets reprimanded, creating a sense of insecurity among the rest of the team. These people seem to lack moral values. What makes it worse is that the management supports the team leads and scrum masters, as they always have each other's backs. I strongly advise anyone looking for a job to avoid joining this company.
