- I feel exhausted right off the bat. They laid off all the employees and put the immense workload on 1 or 2 people left. - Indian managers are terrible, super micromanagement. Lack of decent knowledge on the area that they manage. Disrespectful to their employees well-being and schedule. Constant immediate spreadsheet filling so that they have the numbers to talk about with upper management instead of doing it themselves. - No work-life balance. Very unhealthy environment that exhausts their employees - Niche product, poor management.
