Private company so no stock options

EM offers US salespeople quite a bit of unique product to sell and quite a bit of autonomy. You are not bogged down in lots of meetings.

Swatch offers stability, but also a very conservative culture (this is also part of Swiss culture). Therefore, it is not the place for aggressive salespeople. EM will pass on even huge opportunities if there is a significant risk and/or if it would not fit with Swatch's overall plan.
