      The only pros are health benefits

      I had a hard time working in the awkward work environment. Also major lack in diversity. And the lab is old and not to cal osha standards. Unsafe workplace, lots of hazardous chemicals.

      Great for starting experience and getting the experience needed in laboratory settings

      Talking with the management feels like talking to a brick wall, work feels overwhelming during busy season and the turnover rate is pretty high, starting out new with a mentor being on the relatively new side feels like blind leading the blind
