1st point - Be very careful! Some group leaders make you life a living hell. There is unhealthy and agressive atmosphere in the laboratory - competition, jealousy, squealing and etc. 2nd point - 10-12 people work in one laboratory room. There is a luck of equipment and space for productive work. There is a luck of place for everybody at all. The only one thing what can advise your boss to decide this problem - to work in 2 shifts! 3d point - Do not expect good publications! 4th point - Do not expect anything good except great salary.
