There are also cases where employees in key positions lack the competence or motivation to grow, which can slow down progress. Some parts of the technology stack feel outdated and require modernization.

Working here has been an incredibly valuable experience for me. The company has a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, and they genuinely care about their employees' well-being. Management is open and approachable, creating an environment where ideas are welcomed and given the recognition they deserve. The benefits package is sufficient, and work-life balance is truly respected.

To be honest, there are hardly any drawbacks. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the company's drive for innovation sometimes moves so fast that it can be hard to keep up.
