While the threat of being downsized is ever present, there is no possibility of movement within the company. 3 years between token cost of living raises. 4 years between reviews. They embrace and tolerate ego maniacle upper mangement who have no business leading a company. You will be hired for one postion and without notice you will be doing something completely different then what you were hired for and they dont compensate when extra responsibility is placed on your shoulders. Anyone that is not upper management is treated like a second class citizen. I have known people who have been there for years and have yet to be promoted, they dont give yearly raises and if you are thinking that it will even out with an end of the year bonus, think again.
