Micromanagement and constant supervision impacted productivity and confidence. Work schedule was demanding (6 days/week, ~9 hours/day) with limited emphasis on work-life balance. Salary processing was often delayed (credited between the 9th–12th of the month). High expectations with relatively low compensation. Limited guidance and mentorship, especially for freshers. Frequent reliance on interns, which affected overall structure and stability of teams. Occasional company events scheduled after work hours without considering employee time. Work environment sometimes felt high-pressure with emphasis on urgency and job security concerns. Overall experience: My experience was challenging and led to significant burnout. I joined during a period when I needed an opportunity, but the work environment did not align with my expectations of growth, support, and balance.
