Low performers are enabled by leadership to continuously perform poorly. As a result, the high performers and genuinely good case managers resign within 1-2 years. Annual raises are standard across the board, so no matter how hard you work, your measly 2% raise will be the same as your coworker who didn’t even do the bare minimum New starters consistently earn higher than senior staff and when this is raised with Leaders, the response is that we shouldn’t be discussing salary with each other Opportunities for growth are few and far between unless you find work at another Agent (who will pay more anyway) or want to be a Case Manager (because that's where they make money)
