Heavy workload with little to no support from the higher ups. They don't care about your wellbeing and will continue to add work while expecting you to meet the billions of targets and compliance perfectly. All about money and they don't care about the claimants as well, just numbers to them, pushing people to return to work. Expect high amounts of stress. If you don't like working for a big corporation, do not get stuck here. Also, the pay is terrible for the amount of work you do and clearly the people higher up get paid a lot more to just delegate you all the work. You will be bottom of the barrel. Don't expect a nice work life balance because at the end of the day you will be too drained to do anything.
