We take feedback around workflow and support seriously, and recent efforts have been focused on improving team capacity, strengthening manager accountability, and creating more structure around development and performance management. Regarding PTO, our intent is to provide flexibility while maintaining alignment within teams, and we continue to reinforce expectations so that time off can be taken in a way that works for both employees and the business.
