Salary & benefits are decent. Glendale location is close to restaurants & bars ( convenient for lunch & happy hour ).

Svantaggi

Management is horrible in claims department. Supervisors & manager were always pressing overworked, stressed-out staff to work harder & faster. They always threatened termination at company meetings & in private meetings. Blatant harassment, racism, & sexism are rampant at this place. Numerous complaints, from multiple employees, to HR were ignored. Miserable!

Management seems to care. Work life balance.

Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
