      Good pay for the workload

      The workload is BS because of poor management, way to many office personnel for the amount of installers in the company. Constant "non profitable quarters" followed by consistent restructuring that leads to fired employees. Including new ones for newly created positions

      -employees are fine, well from who survived the last 15 layoffs. -some managers are fine

      -lack of structure -unrealistic expectations/bad timelines -little to no notes for service calls -sales department lies to customers -turnover rate is about 90% -forced positivity -telling the truth is not encouraged. You have to lie to customers when a manager tells you to. -you will drive over 100 miles a day, or at most 2 hours one way to a job site.
