Poor management and leadership. You're expect to learn how to do things on your own time and dime. Asking for help or wanting to understand scope of work is seen as "spoon feeding you" by some upper management. Zero peer review if you make a mistake it's held against you even if you had asked a number of times for help before the issue happen. Employees are thrown under the bus and expected to take the fall no matter what. If you have a family or personal life and you put it before the job you are seen as not a team player and will never move up. It's encouraged, also the only way to be promoted, to work OT every week even there isn't enough work to merit it. You will also be expected to be billable 100% of the time.
